Paris Redux - Day 6

The Daily Morning Walk, So Exciting
Hold onto your seats, you are about to be taken through my daily morning walk in the darkness. Here is a map with numbers showing you the photos that follow. I encourage you to click on the map and each picture to get a better look.

A shot from Hotel Duo looking west down Rue Verrerie.

After a right onto Rue Renard, I take a left onto Rue du Cloitre de St Merri. I always feel like I am gonna get mugged by a guy on a scooter when I make this turn.

On the next corner, there is the St Merri church. It was too dark to get a good shot other than against the sky.

Turning right after the church, onto Rue St Martin, looking north.

After a short walk on Rue St Martin, a left through the Place Edmond Michelet looking towards Rue Aubry le Bucher.

Left onto Rue Aubry le Bucher which turns into Rue Berger. This is a shot looking west towards Les Halles. The purple neon light in the distance is Les Halles.
Fontaine des innocents at Les Halles.

Les Halles: the purple-lighted mall on the left is where you enter to get to the train station.

Down the scary escalator. Some days, the lights are not on and the escalator is not running so you have to walk down in the dark. At the end is the train station.
