I planted a seed in Dodo's mind and it got transferred to the whole crew: we'd jump on the first bus that came by. After visiting Kek Lok Si temple and pigging out, we hopped on bus 201. It said "Jetty" on it so I figured it would go towards the NE side of the island, near the clan jetties.

Each ticket cost 2 Ringgit, about 70 American cents. We paid with a single 10 Ringgit note and made our way to the back.

It was a modern bus - everything was shiny and new. Even the see through straps you hang onto.
Some of us reacted differently than others. Gina, on the left, spent a lot of time taking photos. Dodo wondered if we were going the right way. I watched the Malaysian countryside go by.
