Ok, Sal needs to know so I dug up some stuff. I was wrong before, it is two buildings, side by side. This is an artist's rendering. If you look closely, you'll see that the top two apartments on the left have a trellis. Those are the two "penthouse" apartments which each have two floors, the top floor being the 900 sq ft roof deck. So, more like a duplex with a roof deck than a penthouse in my opinion.
Here is a shot from above. The building on the left is our building. We own the top two floors (floors 16 and 17) of the "01" section of that building. We face east-south east across the pool and north. What's nice is that view is completely unobstructed. Across from us is an old neighborhood of 2 story houses (for now.)
Here is the floor plan for our lower floor - the one we'll actually live in. It is about 1,200 sq feet. Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. There is a sliding glass door in the living room out onto a planter, where we'd like to plant some flowers. On the far left corner there will be internal stairs that lead to the roof deck. The roof deck is directly above and is about as big as the living room and the three bedrooms. We'll have it all to ourselves. This feature is the one I am most excited about.
