We went to a travel nurse yesterday to get all of our shots. Yellow fever shots are required for Ecuador, even though we'll be mostly at altitude while we are in Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia.
The rest of our shots were for water and food borne diseases: typhoid, Hep A and tetanus. Two in each arm. I feel like somebody punched both of my upper arms repeatedly.
