London - Fifty in Style

French Rules
I guess I should have celebrated my birthday with a typical English Sunday roast, but nope, not me.  French all the way.  The Frenchies are paying for it, so it seemed only right.


It didn't disappoint.

Amuse bouche of potato and mushroom soup.

Salmon tartare with wasabi mayo, quails egg, caviar, pickles and cream cheese.

Mushroom and herb risotto with parmesan.  I'd like to tell you the one I make is better, but umm, no.  This was very tasty.

Chocolate fondant with ice cream.  Dodo's version is better and I told her so.  She doesn't believe me.

Chocolates to go with the coffee.  I was about to burst at this point.  Spent two and a half hours and enjoyed it thoroughly.  Thanks Maurice!! (our CEO.)
