I came to Singapore last night. I am going to have a close-up on Chinese New Year's, Singapore style. I'm guessing it will mainly be about food. When I arrived, the decorations were already up.... This one says "Good Fortune."
And there was a lot of food lined up. The stickers on the orange say good luck.
Best of all, a tower of snacks. On the right are one of my favorites - pineapple tarts. After breakfast we're going to the market to "pick up the pig." We're gonna have barbecued pork - which are two of the best words in the world.
